Evanescence singer Amy Lee is in the midst of a legal battle with the band's label.

According to TMZ, the frontwoman is suing Wind Up Records for allegedly trying to sabotage the group by bringing in under-qualified promoters.

Lee also claims the label withheld $1.5 million in royalties.

Evanescence released all three of their studio albums with Wind Up Records, including their most recent, 2011's self-titled effort.
