The guys in 30 Seconds to Mars are taking their fans to church to celebrate today's release of their latest album, Love, Lust, Faith, and Dreams. Jared Leto and company are set to take the stage at Los Angeles' First Unitarian Church as part of their free "Church of Mars" concert series.
The band previously played gigs at churches in New York City and Chicago. The shows are just one part of the band's varied promotional effort behind their fourth album. They also debuted the set's first single, "Up in the Air," from the International Space Station, and released an accompanying video starring Olympic gymnasts McKayla Maroney and Jordyn Wieber.
They've announced plans to embark on a full-blown "Love, Lust, Faith, and Dreams" tour as well, but have so far only scheduled overseas shows.
