LUTZ, Fla. (TBO.com)- A Lutz man who said he was being beaten and choked by his grown son, shot the attacker in the chest late Saturday night. No charges were filed and the victim was in stable condition this morning.
Hillsborough County sheriff’s deputies responded to the 11 p.m. call of a shooting at 18627 San Rio Circle. They found 26-year-old Eric M. Harris with a gunshot wound to his chest.
His father, Henry B. Harris, 61, stood nearby, having just called 911 for help.
